ICB Projects supplied the waterproofing system for a large warm roof refurbishment at the P1 Plastering Shop in Cheltenham, installed by McDonnell Price Roofing.
The existing felt roof was upgraded with a new warm roof build-up featuring 200mm PIR insulation and an alwitra® Evalon® V single ply membrane, improving both thermal performance and long-term waterproofing protection.
To prevent ponding, the installation included bespoke box gutters and Type S outlets, while EVA drip trims provided a clean perimeter finish. The majority of the roof was also fitted with Solarfix bars, allowing for future solar PV integration without penetrating the waterproofing system.
